Objective : To provide anatomic basis for improving the design of free medialis flap pedicled with the medial branch of the deep branches of medial plantar artery .

目的：为以足底内侧动脉深支的内侧支为蒂足内侧皮瓣设计的改进提供解剖学基础。

Conclusions : ① The medial pedal flap can be supplied by the medial branches of the deep branch of medial plantar artery or the medial tarsal artery .

结论：①足内侧皮瓣可以是足底内侧动脉深皮内侧支或由跗内侧动脉供血；
